WASABI SALMON

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
1 tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup wasabi mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
 

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat broiler. Place fillets on broiler pan and broil 7-8 minutes.
  2. Mix vinegar, soy sauce and wasabi mayo together.
  3. Continue to broil another 7-8 minutes, depending on thickness of fillets.
  4. Sprinkle fillets with chopped chives before serving.
